GBL & BDO sales resume

Following months of research and consolation with the home office, our lawyers have confirmed exceptions to the new laws classing Gamma Butyrolactone (GBL) and 1-4 Butanediol (BDO) as class C substances, they have confirmed we would be within the law if we were to import the products and export them to businesses worldwide. Today we were given the go ahead to resume sales of Gamma Butyrolactone and 1-4 butanediol.

After much anticipation, the UK government made Gamma Butyrolactone (GBL) and 1-4 Butanediol (BDO) class C substances under the misuse of drugs act 1971 [amendment] order 2009. As a result of this, we have temporarily stopped all sales of these products until we can resolve the legal issues and recommence sales in full compliance of the law.
